I have been a bread machine user since I got my first one 20 years ago. since then I have tried several different brands such as, Ragal,Panasonic, Breadman, Zojirushi etc. It seems to me that each brand has their own features and functions. No matter what brand you are using you will love the convenience and versatility of the machine. Not only you can make a loaf of bread, but all different kinds of doughs that definitely will save you a lot of time and strength.
Here I want to share with you one of my favorite receipts "Chinese Green Onion Pancake"
CHINESE GREEN ONION PANCAKE DOUGH MADE BY BREAD MACHINE

8. Knead the dough for 5 more minutes until the onion distribute evenly into the dough. then stop the machine
Let the dough rise for 15 minutes , the dough is ready.
During the kneading cycle if the dough is too dry you can add one teaspoon water at a time.
IF the dough is sticky you can add more flour one teaspoon at a time.
1. Remove dough from bread machine to the floured board and divide dough equally to 8- 10 pieces
2. Roll each dough to a 6”-8” and about 1/8” thick round shape dough.
3. Rub 1 teaspoon of oil evenly on top of the dough then sprinkle salt lightly on top of it.
4. Roll up the round dough to long cigar shape, then coil it to a patty sized about 3” round and
½ thick
5. Press the patty and roll out to thin and flat pie shape cake.
6. Pour 2 tablespoon of oil in the frying pan and heat up until the oil is shimmering. 7. Place the round thin cake in the pan and fry it until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
